The hotel was new and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They provided amenities that were great to have. The location of the hotel was good, with easy access to transportation.
The size of the room was smaller than expected from the pictures online. , the air conditioning controls were difficult to use and sometimes made the room too warm.

The staff was helpful and kind though, providing us with amenities. We appreciated the architectural aesthetic and cleanliness of the hotel. , we enjoyed the onsen salts provided at the lobby.
The room was smaller than we expected and it was difficult to find the hotel's location. We also didn't appreciate that the air conditioning controls weren't in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern and clean hotel. The friendly staff were always available to answer our questions and made us feel welcome. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of amenities nearby. The bathroom was particularly impressive, with advanced features that added to our comfort and convenience. We also enjoyed the onsen salts and other facilities provided to enhance our stay.
We found the air conditioning controls a bit frustrating, as they couldn't be adjusted directly from our room.
